Fish/Dino-Egg by Charlie James

Charlie James visited Melrose Grammar School to speak to P4 & P5, keeping them entertained with her samples of fossilised dinosaur poo!  For those not lucky enough to meet Charlie on the 8th Oct, I'm delighted to say that she will signing her books at our Xmas Shopping Evening on 4th November.

Charlie has written two award-winning books about the crazy Finn Family - Mum, Dad, Ned, Stacey and Bill. In FISH, Bill steals some of the fish crisps his dad has been developing in order to save the world's fish stocks and turns into a cod, launching a cascade of wacky adventures. In DINO EGG, an outsize boiled egg hatches one morning and Ned finds himself responsible for a multi-coloured baby dinosaur with a very high opinion of himself and a passion for vegetables. Charlie has entertained children in schools all over the UK with her unique mix of fun and facts.
