Olia Hercules visited Mainstreet a few years ago with her first cookbook, Mamushka. We are delighted to welcome her back for our first ever ‘Pop-up Dining’ event. Olia will be cooking for us from her new book, Kaukasis.

Kaukasis is a celebration of the food and flavours of the Caucasus – the vibrant area bridging Europe and Asia. Olia introduces us to more than 100 recipes of vibrant, earthy and unexpected dishes. Recipes include Chestnut plov with pumpkin and walnut crust, Quince stuffed with lamb & caramelised shallots, Armenian “cognac” profiteroles, Plum fruit leather and Red basil sherbet. Hungry yet?
