Scottish cycling legend joined us at the Tait Hall to discuss his book ‘How to Ride a Bike’

Cycling legend and multi-gold medal-winning Olympic champion, Sir Chris Hoy, joined us on Thurs 29th November 2018 to talk about his new book, How to Ride a Bike.

We found out how to really ride your bike – becoming a fitter, faster, more effective cyclist. With this book, Chris Hoy brings together the technical, physical and mental aspects of cycling performance, using some of the most advanced training methods. Using the knowledge and expertise he has gained over the years, he invites the reader to take their cycling to the next level.

Full of helpful and inspiring advice for those getting on a bike for the first time in a while, along with plenty of tips and tricks for seasoned cyclists looking to take it up a notch, How to Ride a Bike is for beginners and pros alike.

We are open seven days a week in December
