Regulars at Mainstreet will know that Midweek Recipes and Weekend Recipes are two of our all-time favourites in the café, so we’re very excited to see what Jess has come up with for the new book…

Written, tested and published from my Studio in Edinburgh, with photography taken at The Hugo Burge Foundation glasshouses in the Scottish Borders.” – Jess
