Brilliant bakers and entrepreneurs, Emily Cuddeford and Rachel Morgan were with us to showcase their gorgeous first cookbook, Kitchen Table.  A packed out crowd hungrily ate up their every morsel – word or food.  These two women have such energy and wisdom, they are the ultimate in full circle cooking and eating, nothing is wasted and local producers are championed at every turn.

Kitchen Table weaves together recipes and stories inspired by Emily and Rachel’s cookery journey, relationships with producers and communities, and their love of food since they were both young.

The recipes lovingly compiled in Kitchen Table are all truly accessible for the home cook, inspiring the reader to learn new skills or simply return to comforting classics. The book is built around the kitchen table – for creating, feasting, coming together, having quiet moments and joyous celebrations. From Green herb & pistachio hummus and Burnt honey custard to Kimchi fried rice, there is taste and 
flavour packed in every mouthful.
